OUR PROGRAMS
ACTIVE START
Active start is gymnastics programming for children age 0-6.
It includes Parent & Tot and Preschool Gymnastics. Active Start is the first stage and introduction to a lifetime of physical literacy and healthy activity. This programming starts your child off with the foundations of movement, balance and fitness in fun, developmentally appropriate classes. We offer this programming to children enrolled in our childcare and preschool classes, as well as stand alone parent & tot classes.
CANGYM
Our Cangym program is designed for school aged children. It teaches beginner to advanced recreational gymnasts. This Program incorporates the FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS of artistic gymnastics. Children start in Burgundy and progress though to Gold. This is a badge and report card based program. When children have completed all of the skills in a certain level safely & satisfactorily, they can move on to the next level.
COMPETITIVE
Milezero Academy is very proud to offer the Canadian Competitive Program. Our athletes compete in competitions throughout BC and Alberta, including the BC Provincial Championships. Girls in this program may train anywhere from 4-16 hours a week and it requires a yearly commitment from families. This program is by invitation only and gymnasts wanting to join can request to be assessed or join us for our yearly tryouts.
